778 South 18th Street
778 South 18th Street was a long abandoned property in the heart of Graduate Hospital. It had been declared imminently dangerous by the Department of Licenses and Inspections due to collapsing walls, which were ultimately demolished as a result of our efforts.
1913 Catharine Street
1913 Catharine St. was an abandoned property that had unsafe violations due to buckling exterior masonry walls and a collapsed garage roof amongst other issues. Through our efforts the walls were repaired with star bolts, the interior gutted removing hazardous conditions and the garage roof rebuilt.
2403 Grays Ferry Ave
2403 Grays Ferry Ave. was an abandoned property that had unsafe violations due to buckling exterior masonry walls, a collapsing rear addition, missing windows open to the elements and other serious issues. Through our efforts the addition was demolished and rebuilt, the masonry wall demolished and the window openings sealed pending a full renovation by a developer that is purchasing the property in order to return it to productive reuse.
