To increase the quality of lives of citizens in the City of Brotherly Love by remediating problematic properties.

A city where all properties have been transformed into productive reuse and where no blighted environments remain to negatively impact our communities.

Philadelphia has thousands of abandoned and blighted properties that negatively impact communities and surrounding residents causing the following problems:

- Decreased community wellbeing
